These terms govern every order placed on skrown.com. Placing an order means you accept these terms in full. SKROWN may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published on the site on the day of your order.

Products are described and priced, in Moroccan dirhams (DH), on their respective pages. That is the only currency the shop sells in, and the price shown is the price charged — nothing is converted. Prices include applicable taxes but exclude delivery, which is confirmed before payment. SKROWN reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applied is the one shown when you place your order.

Caps described as limited or numbered editions are sold while stocks last. We do our best to keep stock information accurate but cannot guarantee availability until your order is confirmed.

No account is required to order — checkout only asks for your name, contact details, and delivery address. Once submitted, your order is confirmed on-screen with a unique order number; keep it for any follow-up. The SKROWN team may contact you by phone or email to confirm details before shipping.

No card or bank details are collected on this site. Depending on the option confirmed with you, payment is made on delivery or upon confirmation of your order, as communicated by the SKROWN team.

Discount codes are subject to the conditions shown at checkout (eligible products, minimum order, expiry date) and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times are communicated when your order is confirmed and may vary depending on your location and the product (custom or made-to-order pieces take longer than in-stock items). Risk transfers to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you provided.

For standard, non-customized products, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, in original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the process.

In line with standard consumer-protection rules, this right of withdrawal does not apply to caps that have been personalized or made to your specifications (custom colors, text, or motifs), which are made specifically for you.

SKROWN is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control (carrier disruptions, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, force majeure).

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with our team may be brought before the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
