SKROWN is the data controller for the personal data collected through skrown.com. For any question about this policy or your data, contact contact@skrown.com.

• Orders — name, email, phone, and delivery address, collected at checkout to process and deliver your order. No card or bank details are collected on this site.
• Sign-ups — an email and/or phone number, when you join a drop waitlist or submit your email for a discount code. Used only to send you the content you asked for (drop notifications, your discount code) and occasional related updates.
• Contact form — name, email, and your message, used to answer your question.

We process order data to perform the contract of sale with you. We process sign-up and contact data based on your consent (given when you submit the form) or our legitimate interest in answering you.

This site stores a few things directly in your browser (not on a server) to make it work: the contents of your cart, the products you've liked, and whether you've already seen the discount pop-up. None of that is used for advertising, and clearing your browser data removes it.

We also measure two things. Umami counts how many people visit which pages and sets no cookies at all. The Meta pixel measures how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform: it sets a cookie in your browser and tells Meta which pages you viewed here, which Meta may match to your account there. Blocking third-party cookies, or using an ad blocker, stops it.

Your data is stored with our third-party infrastructure providers, solely to operate this site. We do not sell your data. The one advertiser we share anything with is Meta, and only the page views described above — never your order details or your messages.

Order data is kept as long as needed for order history and any legal or accounting obligations. Sign-up and contact data is kept until you ask us to delete it, or until it's no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing sign-ups at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@skrown.com.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The version published here is always the one in effect.
